Using ReelParrot

ReelParrot is operated by Internet Marketing Solutions Inc. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the practices described in our Privacy policy. For questions, contact chris@imsworks.com.

You’re responsible for your account, the accounts you connect, and activity you authorize. Only connect social accounts, Pages, and provider accounts that you’re allowed to manage. Don’t use ReelParrot to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, send spam, or interfere with the service.

Your content

You retain your rights to the content you provide. You authorize ReelParrot to store, process, edit, generate, and transmit that content as needed to carry out your requests, including sending approved posts to your chosen platform.

You must have permission to use the images, video, music, voices, logos, and other material you upload or publish. Check AI output for accuracy and suitability. You’re responsible for required labels and disclosures, including commercial relationships and AI generated content.

Publishing authorization

Connecting Facebook or TikTok grants the permissions you choose to authorize. You select the destination, content, posting settings, and timing, and approve each post before submission. You may cancel a queued post before publishing begins. Once a post has been submitted, cancelling it or disconnecting an account may not stop the platform from processing it.

Posts already published must be managed or deleted directly on Facebook or TikTok. Facebook group tasks require manual posting.

Scheduling and availability

The scheduler checks approved queued posts hourly, so submission may happen up to an hour after your selected time. Platform processing, moderation, account permissions, quotas, outages, and other limits may delay or prevent publishing. Exact publication times are not guaranteed.

Features and available connections may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or any particular reach, views, engagement, revenue, or result. Keep copies of important content and check publishing results in the app.

AI providers and charges

AI features are optional. OpenAI features use your own OpenAI API key, and generated narration and music use your own ElevenLabs key. Each provider bills your account separately under its own terms. You’re responsible for those charges, your provider account, and the permissions for anything you submit or generate.

A ChatGPT subscription does not include OpenAI API usage. These terms do not establish a ReelParrot subscription price or authorize any charge for a ReelParrot plan.

Other services

Your use of Facebook, TikTok, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, and sign in or hosting services is also subject to their own terms and policies. ReelParrot is an independent service and is not endorsed by those companies. See our Disclosures for more information.

Disconnecting or leaving

You can remove saved provider keys and disconnect social accounts using the app’s controls. To request deletion of your account or stored information, follow the data deletion instructions or email chris@imsworks.com. Account ownership may need to be verified before a request is processed.
