Tell us what you were trying to do, which part of ReelParrot you were using, and what happened. Include any error message you saw. A screenshot can help, but hide any private information first.
Please don’t send passwords, API keys, access tokens, payment details, or other sensitive information.
Privacy and account requests
To ask about your stored information, correct it, or request account deletion, email chris@imsworks.com with the subject “ReelParrot privacy request.” Use the email associated with your ReelParrot account so we can identify it. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before making changes.
You can also remove saved AI keys in Settings, disconnect social accounts under Connected accounts, and delete media through the Media library. See the data deletion instructions for more details.
