AI tools and separate charges

AI features are optional. Writing and image creation use your OpenAI API key. Generated narration and music use your ElevenLabs key. Those companies charge your account directly under their own terms. A ChatGPT subscription does not include OpenAI API usage.

AI output can be inaccurate, misleading, or similar to other content. Read, watch, and listen to your content before using it. Make sure you have permission to use any images, voices, music, logos, or other material.

Publishing and scheduling

Connecting an account gives ReelParrot the permissions you authorize. You choose the destination and approve each post. Publishing options depend on your account access, granted permissions, and the platform’s rules.

The scheduler checks approved queued posts hourly. A post may be sent up to an hour after the time you select. Processing, moderation, outages, or account limits at Facebook or TikTok can add delays or prevent publishing. Check the publishing status in the app. We don’t guarantee an exact publication time, reach, views, or revenue.

Facebook group tasks are manual. ReelParrot can help prepare the content and calendar task, but you finish posting on Facebook yourself. These tasks do not auto-publish or send reminders.

Commercial and AI content disclosures

You’re responsible for adding any labels or disclosures required for your content. When preparing a TikTok post, review the available AI content and commercial content settings. If your post promotes a product, includes a sponsorship, or uses affiliate links, make the relationship clear and follow the rules that apply to that post.

Product examples

The homepage previews use example content to show how the video studio, post tools, and calendar work. The projects, posting times, and statuses in those previews are illustrations, not customer results or live publishing records.
